Our client Windy Scandinavia Boats in Västervik is looking for boat builders. As a hired boat builder at Windy, you will work in Västervik and be part of a team of skilled and competent boat builders. The renowned WINDY boats are built in modern and well-equipped production facilities in Västervik on Sweden's east coast as well as in Ostróda and Słupsk in Poland. The boat models manufactured range from 26 to 60 feet - WINDY Sport Series and WINDY SR Series Chase Boats Yacht Tenders

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The work mainly consists of assembly, installation, connection, and commissioning of all equipment in a boat. It also includes various other tasks, such as installation of plumbing, engines, steering, and hydraulic equipment. We prefer that you have experience working with boat building. You must be able to handle power tools and work with installations in boats with good quality.

Formal requirements:
* At least 2-3 years of experience as a boat builder or equivalent competence.
* The position requires very good knowledge of, and extensive experience with, all installations in a boat.
* You can understand and communicate technical issues and comprehend the content of drawings.

* Good Swedish/English skills both in speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you also have the competence to connect electrical equipment.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The job as a boat builder/cabinet maker is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client. After 6 months, there is a great opportunity for direct employment with Windy. If you live outside commuting distance, there may be an opportunity to work weekly and go home on weekends. We may also be able to assist with accommodation.
